Here at Rosetta's Melts ensuring our amazing customers have the best relationship with us is the most important thing! Our terms and conditions help awareness for both you and I to help things run a bit smoother!

It is important to offer a friendly service! I like to be welcoming and open to any questions or enquiries, all is asked is the friendliness to be returned!

Our products are always personally checked and in perfect condition before being packed and sent. Unfortunately, when in transit we cannot promise people are not slightly heavy handed to cause any knocks or breakage. If the product is completely unsalvageable please do contact us so we can resolve the matter quickly for you!

Sometimes there can be disruptions to delivery services, we will always try to make customers aware if there are which could be due to strikes, weather etc. Please no we will always do the best we can for orders to be sent and arrived in quick timing but unfortunately these situations cannot be helped.

When ordering large bundles for occasions we do kindly ask you to give us as much notice as possible to ensure everything is made, packed and sent in time just in case there are any delays with postage or last minute changes that may need to be made.

We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery, items must be posted back to us within 7 days of delivery where the buyer is in charge of postage costs.

Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders under £20 cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Any orders over £20 cannot be cancelled after 48 hours.
